1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BEST-AI-LAWYER website and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and BEST-AI-LAWYER (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Description of Service

BEST-AI-LAWYER is an AI-powered consumer dispute resolution service. The Service allows you to:

Describe a consumer complaint against a company (such as a bank or airline)
Upload supporting documentation
Have our AI technology prepare a formal demand letter on your behalf
Have that demand letter submitted to the company in question

BEST-AI-LAWYER acts as an intermediary between you and the company you are disputing. We use artificial intelligence trained on consumer protection law, company escalation procedures, and regulatory frameworks to build and present your case.

3. Not a Law Firm — Important Disclaimer

Important: BEST-AI-LAWYER is not a law firm, and the Service does not constitute legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this Service. If you require legal advice for a complex legal matter, you should consult a licensed attorney.

BEST-AI-LAWYER helps you exercise consumer rights that you already have under existing law. We do not provide legal representation in court proceedings, arbitration, or any formal legal process. We are not responsible for the outcome of any formal legal action you choose to take.

The demand letters and communications we generate are designed to resolve disputes through standard consumer complaint channels, not through litigation.

4. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of the United States or a jurisdiction where the Service is legally available
Have a valid email address
Have a legitimate consumer dispute with the company you identify

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

5. Your Account and Submissions

When you submit a claim, you agree that:

All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge
You are the consumer who experienced the issue you describe
You have the right to share the documents you upload
You authorise BEST-AI-LAWYER to communicate with the named company on your behalf for the purpose of resolving your dispute
You will not use the Service to submit false, fraudulent, or malicious claims

Submitting knowingly false claims may constitute fraud. BEST-AI-LAWYER reserves the right to terminate your access and report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

6. Fees and Refund Policy

The Service is provided for a one-time flat fee of $19.99 USD per claim submission, charged at the time of submission via Stripe.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If your claim is not resolved within 30 calendar days of submission, you are entitled to a full refund of $19.99. To request a refund, email info@best-ai-lawyer.com within 40 days of your submission date.

“Resolution” is defined in Section 7. Refunds are not available for claims where the User provided false or misleading information, for claims outside our stated scope of service, or where the User has separately settled the dispute independently before the 30-day period ends.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. BEST-AI-LAWYER does not store your full payment details.

7. What “Resolution” Means

For the purposes of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, “resolution” means any of the following outcomes achieved within 30 days of claim submission:

A full or partial monetary refund or compensation from the company
Reversal of a disputed fee, charge, or transaction
Issuance of a travel voucher, credit, or other compensation for an airline-related dispute
A substantive written response from the company acknowledging your complaint and offering a remedy
Any other outcome that you expressly confirm as satisfactory

Resolution does not require the company to agree with every aspect of your original demand. A negotiated outcome that addresses the core complaint constitutes resolution.

8. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
Use the Service for harassment, intimidation, or extortion
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Submit claims on behalf of third parties without their express written authorisation
Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, trademarks, logos, and AI systems underlying the Service are owned by BEST-AI-LAWYER and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The demand letters and documents generated for your claim are created for your personal use in resolving your specific dispute. You may not use them as templates for other purposes or distribute them commercially.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BEST-AI-LAWYER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($19.99).

BEST-AI-LAWYER makes no guarantee that your claim will be successful. While we do our best to maximise the likelihood of a favourable outcome, the final decision rests with the company you are disputing.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BEST-AI-LAWYER, its founders, officers, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any false or fraudulent information you provided.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that prohibits mandatory arbitration clauses, this provision shall not apply to you.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
